It takes just 15 minutes to complete
and includes all the unique features
of Saville Consulting Wave Professional
Styles:-
Saville Consulting Wave provides measures which efficiently assess individual motives, talents and workplace culture in a single questionnaire.
The new short questionnaire is based on the most important facets of the highly valid Saville Consulting Wave Model (as used in the Professional Styles questionnaires) to create a questionnaire that is both short and a strong indicator of performance and potential at work.
For increased security, the questionnaire is available to be sent out across the internet in Invited Access format, but also provides the reassurance of a separate Supervised Access format which is completed in the presence of a Test administrator.

This questionnaire measures motivation,
talent and preferred culture. It adds

This version of Saville Consulting Wave produces profiles that combine both ipsative and normative scores, across 36 dimensions, in a recommended administration time of approximately 40 minutes.
